Return & Exchange Policy

At WAO Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The item must not be a non-returnable product (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

Opened or used electronics

Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

Customized or special-order items

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund, exchange, or store credit as applicable.
4. Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
